It depends on what type of guild you want to be..what you want to focus on...

You need to decide how big you want to be, in terms of membership numbers, the more you have, the harder it is...trust me... i was guild leader of a 2mil faction guild, with 90+ members, and i never got anytime to myself...

Eventually we disbanded and im left as guild leader with a fully kitted guild with about 15 inactive players ( 6mths+ ) lol...

The 3 best ways, as mentioned before

i) Spam in towns... advertise what you want to do..HA/RA/GVG etc etc
ii) Wisper non guild members in towns and ask them to join you
iii) make friends and add them

Or you could join a larger guild...

Personally Im with Malice at the moment...Im enjoying my guild hall....feels like my own bachalour pad

somewhere quite i can retreat to instead of standing in a town with a load of commotion
